1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the swert99 platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and swert99 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service is operated under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended solely for users located in the Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the swert99 Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gaming is restricted to adults in the Philippines, and we enforce strict age verification procedures. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. The Service is not available to users outside the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Compliance: You must not be prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

swert99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the swert99 Service, you must create an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.

Each User is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available, for enhanced security.
• Immediately notify swert99 of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. swert99 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

swert99 may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals or at any time to comply with regulatory obligations. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

swert99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing.

You agree that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of gaming and entertainment. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of technical error. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is in your own name and that you have the legal right to use it.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, subject to verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by swert99. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

swert99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delayed or declined withdrawals.

Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status, VIP tier, and payment method. Standard withdrawal limits are ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱200,000 per month, unless otherwise specified for VIP accounts.

4.3 Fees and Charges

swert99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals via GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur processing fees charged by the receiving bank. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the swert99 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RNGs are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with industry standards.

Game rules, payout percentages, and house edges are disclosed within each game's information section. By playing a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and accept the associated odds.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. swert99 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. You agree to abide by all betting limits and game-specific rules.

5.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during gameplay, swert99 will make reasonable efforts to restore your session. If a game round is interrupted, the outcome will be determined based on the game's internal state at the time of disconnection, and any winnings will be credited to your account once the issue is resolved.

swert99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems beyond our control.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 Bonus Terms

swert99 may offer bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be accepted before the bonus is credited.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused. swert99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all. Contribution percentages are specified in the bonus terms.

6.3 VIP and Loyalty Programs

swert99 operates a tiered VIP program that rewards active players with cashback, exclusive bonuses, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account management. VIP tiers are based on your gaming activity and are subject to change. swert99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP program at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the swert99 platform:

• Underage Gambling: Users under 21 years of age are prohibited from creating accounts or using the Service.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person is prohibited.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, or exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities. swert99 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of associated funds.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements or extract value without genuine recreational intent.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users' accounts, the platform's backend systems, or any restricted areas of the Service.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swert99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

swert99's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. swert99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by swert99

swert99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, swert99 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9.2 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting swert99 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10. Changes to These Terms

swert99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure as described in Section 9.2.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be submitted to swert99's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes.
